Very nice Boutique studio, close to the beach and lot of services, newly renovated Mid-Century Style, 1 bathroom, complete kitchen with all the pots and pan and basic groceries items, toaster, coffee maker, wifi, cable TV, A/C, hair dryer, iron and ironning board, outside BBQ, nice outside private garden with chairs and artificial grass, beach chairs, close from Oakland Blvd, very clean building with just 4 apartments, 1 private parking, walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, bars. Gated complex. Upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood, not too far from the airport (11 miles). This is a non-smoking unit. Nice and secure building with a gated terrace. Apt on the ground level

Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

Affordable and close to the beach
Easy check-in and out, clean, comfortable bed, close to the beach and it had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the ac didn't feel very cold, it felt more like a fan blowing than air conditioner so we had a hard time sleeping at night, it was just too warm for us.

Efficiency Apartment worked out well for our short stay
While we normally book 1-2 bedroom vacation rentals, this efficiency space was the only one available for our dates. It was clean and worked well for our short stay. We would consider coming back in the future to rent one of the larger units in this building.

Nive place by the beach
Close to the beach, fully furnished kitchen. with all utensils. The walls were well insulated and it was very quiet inside. Nice patio area. Some good restaurants were in walking distance, we liked Shooters. Owners were helpful and great on communications and emailed us with local attractions. If you like the beach then you will like this property.

Perfect location
My husband and I stayed in the apartment for two weeks in June 2019 and would definitely return. The apartment is small, but functional and got everything you need for a vacation. The bed (which function as a sofa during the day) is reasonably comfortable, the kitchen got everything you need if you feel like cooking you own dinner, or you can walk to some of the nearby restaurants. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the backyard and they were always free when we needed them. Communications with the owners were terrific and the staff that cleaned the apartments were also very cheerful and happy to answer any questions we had. The best thing about the apartment is, however, the location. Just 5 min walk from the beach (which was uncrowded and beautiful) and less than 10 min car drive from Coral Ridge Mall where you find Publix, Target, Marshalls, Ross, Cinema and much more. If you are looking for a day of shopping, you reach Sawgrass Mills outlet stores by car in less than 40 minutes. In summary, a perfect home-away-from-home if you are looking for a vacation in the sun and do not want to spend a fortune. We will definitely return!

Charming studio in a great location
We stayed in this studio for 9 nights in February 2019. The studio is clean, cozy, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, close to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. The beach was very nice and not too crowded. Perfect location for biking and walking. There is also a little court yard where we enjoyed our morning coffee and our hapoy hour drink or just sitting there with a book.

Clean, simple, and close to everything
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and thought it was definitely worth the money we paid. It’s close to the ocean, plenty of good restaurants, and a couple of the water taxi stops. The apartment is exactly as described and as seen in the photos. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and provided beach chairs, a BBQ grill, and many useful cooking items in the unit. We also felt very safe with the locked gate location. The only negatives I can think of are the coffee pot being too small and the bed was a little bit annoying to set up/put away, but that is to be expected with a studio apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get some good beach time in and explore the city.
