Guest access
You will have access to entire home except one owner's closet. We offer contactless check-in with a smart lock door code that will be provided prior to your stay. Make yourself at home. We are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or concerns.

Other things to note
This home is a great place to gather with friends, connect with family, or meet (online) with colleagues. This is not a party house, and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction. There is a street facing camera at the front door, and we will charge up to $1,000 for any violation of agreement. In order to respect our neighbors, there is a loud noise curfew at 10:00 pm. This home is equipped with a noise decibel monitoring device.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed per city ordinance and is strictly enforced. Do not park on grass or block neighbor's driveway under any circumstance (subject to fine mentioned above).

Pool use is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is equipped with a rollaway solar pool blanket to heat the pool by up to 10 degrees if desired. Do not get on top of or swim under the blanket if/when in use. Children and infants in pool area must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure all doors leading to the pool area are locked to prevent children and infants from entering the pool area unattended.
