Stunning waterfront view of the historic Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse marking the northern limit of Florida Reef, the third largest in the world. This Inlet connects the Atlantic Ocean to Intracoastal Waterway. No better place to enjoy an umbrella drink and watch the boats go out and come back from sea. Walking distance to miles of stunning sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Quiet neighborhood located centrally between the busier Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale beaches.

Studio Apartment on first floor of three story building features sliding glass doors opening directly up to the inlet. Great for watching the beautiful sunrise without ever leaving your room. Cool central AC for cooling off after a day in the warm Florida sun.

Property offers two large community pools (heated in the cooler months), shuffle board, a dock for fishing and coin laundry facilities. One parking space provided.

The unit was as advertised and clean. Check-in was easy. I met Amy the unit contact and a guy that works for her. Both very nice and accommodating and ready to assist if I needed anything.

Truly Paradise
Our getaway to Amy’s place was wonderful. The unit was small but had everything we needed for a week long stay. When you open the front drapes, oh.. the view. I cannot imagine any million dollar condo or home that could have the same. Amy was very easy to work with and there is someone on site to address any problems. The complex has many snowbirds and they are among the friendliest and most helpful people we have met in our travels. Everything you would want, from food to fishing, is conveniently located. We can only hope to return next year.
