Direct oceanfront view and private balcony with chairs.

Our unit is on the 14th floor. It is right below the penthouse floor. The view of the ocean is amazing.

The unit is right in the middle of the building facing east and nothing obstructs your view of the ocean.

620 sqft . Oceanfront with one king bed. Balcony, fully equipped kitchenette. Large luxurious marble bathroom, 42' flat screen HDTV, in room safe, Bose CD player, bathrobe, lush pillowtop bed, down comforters and pillows, imported 300 thread count linens by frette, large desk.

My first impression of the hotel was good. Things are showing their age. The pool need serious attention around the edges where the the tiles are half off and the black mold is really bad under there. The birds like to come and play in the water and poop in and around the pool

The Atlantic Hotel was beautiful! The setting was perfect.The room was very nice with a fantastic view of the ocean. We loved going for morning walks along the street with ocean right there.Great restaurants all along walk. The Wild Thyme restaurant in hotel was great with indoor and outdoor seating . We would definitely visit again. Wonderful vacation. Staff was very friendly.

Overall impression was good, hotel exterior was in need of refurbishing. Cost of cleaning at the end of a three night stay seemed a little excessive. Nice size room and lovely view.

Great Place Awesome View
This is one of the best places I have ever booked. The host were great and very responsive. The location is great and the studio is beautiful. I will be back. Excellent service from the front desk. Great food in the area.

This was exactly like staying in a hotel. Location is awesome… tons of restaurants and shopping around. Beach is close by and pool IDs also am option.

Had a great trip, despite crummy weather, and really enjoyed our stay. This is indeed exactly like being at the hotel, sans the service to the room. Really nice place to stay, location is great, view is fantastic (those sun rises!) and there's so many ways to relax.

We usually go to St Pete Beach area, so Fort Lauderdale was a new experience. Beautiful room. Exactly as advertised. Restaurant was good, not awesome, but good. Valet was wonderful. Very helpful in getting us where we wanted to go. I have mobility issues, so they were very helpful. Beach & chairs made our vacation. Owners reached out after our stay. Truly care about the experience of their guests. If we go back to FL, we would stay here again for sure.

LOCATION, LOCATION
Perfect location to beach and restaurants and just off the main drag are some hidden gems for good food. The beach was well kept just across the road for easy access. Will go back!

The location was awesome and right across the street from the beach. As part of the stay chairs, towels and water were availble on the beach. There were many restaurant choices in the area and the ones we ate are were amazing. I would recomend this property!!!

The room was beautiful and an awesome view… but the fees at the end and the hotel staff was AWFUL. Zero patience, not friendly, and hung up on with phone calls. Shame on them for ruining a nice room/view.

Perfect place to relax and recharge
This was our first stay at Gus and Mary’s place at the Atlantic Hotel and it won’t be the last! The size of the place is perfect and the balcony is absolutely lovely. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Gus and Mary make the whole booking process easy and effortless and they are very responsive. It’s a winner if you are looking for a beautiful, romantic place to enjoy great relaxing days. The ocean-front location is perfect.

The water view from the 14th floor was a delight. Pelicans flew in formation passed us as we sipped our morning coffees, before we donned our swim suits and walked across the street for a long, luscious, swim in the warm, morning waters of the Atlantic.

Nice, roomy unit with a balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. Good location.
We enjoyed our stay. I was initially concerned about 14th floor but the view was wonderful and there is easy access to the elevators, pool deck, and lobby. Hotel restaurant was very good and gift shop provided most essentials. Good corner location with a light made crossing over to the beach easy enough. The beach service with chairs and towels was nice. Umbrellas available at a cost. Overall a good experience.
