The housekeeper is the VIP—he is the one settling guests into their rooms and answering questions, until at some point the office is open. The inn is located near the broadwalk and coffee/breakfast is nearby. While receiving instructions via email as to which room you have been assigned and the code to get in is all very “efficient” — most guests seem to arrive well before 4 pm and then have no place to leave luggage so at least they can explore while awaiting 4 pm. All staff was very cordial, and the VIP especially kind. Some rooms are lived in and an apparent disregard that there are weary travelers trying to sleep as you hear ranting into the early morning hours. Would I stay here again? They don’t seem to care if I do.
