Guests have access to the front yard ( share space), 1 free parking on front of the building, private entrance with 2 chairs and a coffee table, free beach access two steps of the building and pool access to our other location Waves On Desoto cross the street.

Lovely place steps from beach..we live in Hollywood wanted a few days of waking up to the beach but the weather was not I our side.. will definitely stay again..

Excellent location and property
The apartment is very clean and has everything needed. In addition to being a complete unit: The location is super quiet with a somewhat private beach just half a small block away, the property is looked after by an awesome assistant that is attentive - we even hired her to take our pup out when we took long day trips. This property is just enough removed from the bustle of Hollywood beach, being on the border of Hollywood and Dania beach. I also could not say enough good things about Vickie. I have been using Vrbo (Home Away prior) for over 20 years, this property, location, and host are top notch. We will certainly make this a regular rental.
