Welcome to The Mariner Suites located at Hollywood beach! This unique unit has been recently remodeled to make your stay with us memorable. The room has new plank flooring, flat screen T.V., air conditioning unit, showers, and all new furnishings. A full service kitchen is also available for your use, as well as a 4-place dining table. You can enjoy the pool and lounge area within premises, as well as numerous activities along the boardwalk just a few steps away. *private balcony in unit!

Room:
Our private room is 376 Square feet in size and includes one (1) king bed, one (1) sofa bed, full kitchenette and dining area. The room also offers a Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, an American coffee machine, a full freezer and fridge, closet with hangers, and beach towels. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, some basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

*We could set up champagne, balloons or flowers arrangements for the room for an extra fee.

This outstanding swimming pool will provide you with a truly special experience! Spend a peaceful day soaking up the sun in our lounge area.

The Mariner Suites is located just 6.0 mi from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 8 mi from Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. The building interiors have been recently renovated, and the units count with all modern amenities.

There are four (4) steps to enter the property from the ground level.

Payed washing and drying machines in common area

Location is unbeatable, right in front of the Hollywood beach and boardwalk. No rental car is needed to make the best out of your stay in the area.

The parking space assigned to your unit fits one car, and it is the guest responsibility to keep it locked while not in use.
- Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.
- Excessive noise will be fined $100
- Each guest must send us their ID before arrival, so they can register at the front desk.
- Please, DO NOT Smoke inside the Room $300 smoking fine.
- Keep rooms items inside the house.

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it :)
- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.

Perfect!
Husband and I stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed more! Perfectly located in the heart of boardwalk activity. Ac was cold, water was hot, bed was comfy, everything was clean. Less than a minute walk and you’re on the sand. Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to Hollywood beach.

Would Not Stay There Again
The location is good. Close to beach and Broadwalk. Beside the Costa Hotel. The poor rating is for several reasons. The main one being we were locked out of our unit for 2 hours in the later evening because the battery was dead in the keypad. The office was closed and thanks to one of the other guests we were able to get hold of the property manager or owner...don't even know who the person was. They sent some couple that didn't really know what to do. It was a very cool night and we had shorts on. My husband was already suffering from a cold so he sat in the car for awhile with the heat running. He finally came out and told the maintenance guy how to take the hinges off. Then my husband had to take the door off as the other man didn't think it could be done. They were so disorganized. When this couple finally found a way to get into the office, the keys for all the units were just loose in a box with no identifiers. It was unbelievable. Besides this, there was a long black hair on the shower wall, had trouble getting hot water so couldn't wash the dishes. No paper towels or Kleenex supplied. No dish towel.. No beach chairs. The place was fixed up nicely but the amenities were less than acceptable. We received no apology for being locked out. No compensation for being locked out and the communication was very poor. A guest across from us was also having a problem with her keypad so it wasn't just us. I guess you get what you pay for!
