Beautiful spot!
Property was just as described. Plenty of space to sleep and hang out, beautiful pool and beach. House was well-stocked with pots and pans if you wanted to cook. A/C worked great. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Beautiful place for a family reunion!
Great house with lots of amenities! Met all our needs and more! So clean and wonderfully kept up. Lots of space and seating areas around the pool and such a short walk to the beach! Everyone had such a great time and the kids especially loved the kayak-something they had never done!!

We had a great time with our Family over Easter Break this year at this beautiful and spacious beach house. Enjoyed the beach with friends and kids as well as all the amenities the house provided. Loved our Beach “Home”
Our stay was AMAZING!!! We all miss our beach “home” sooo much and can’t wait to come back!! We went as a family get away with our grown children and grandchildren and it was PERFECT!!! The view was MAGNIFICENT and loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and a walk along the shore. Everyone enjoyed the pool and being able to walk right out to basically your own beach. The beach was super clean and there was plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for all. Big and small kids liked the ping pong table, board games and enjoyed, and added to, some of the balls and sand toys. We ate nearly all our meals at the house which was very well appointed and set up perfectly for entertaining and for everyone to be involved. There were ample coffee pots, appliances, tons of plates, cups, griddles, serving dishes and used the outdoor grill right off the kitchen ALOT! The large outdoor table was one of my favorite things and the MASTER BEDROOM with its large jetted tub, large closet/dressing room and own balcony!!! Did I mention.. the VIEW.. The beds, pillows and sheets were all very comfortable and there was plenty!!! The bedroom on the ground floor was great for parents to sleep close to the little ones who loved the bunk beds and various additional bedding options of a futon and pull out sofa. The property management staff was super friendly, helpful and accessible for any questions and needs!! We didn’t want to leave and are all looking forward to when we can go back!!

Roseman Family Vacation
This property was everything we thought it would be in more (minus a few small hiccups). Our family enjoyed spending quality time together at this home. Creating memories, laughter and overall happiness was exactly what we wanted. The home was immaculate and offered more than enough space for a large family! Rotting Seaweed Malfunctioning Spa No Sonos
What VRBO doesn't tell you Red tide rotting nauseating smell from beach area in front of rental The city started cleaning up the seaweed several days after we complained The Sonos did not connect to I phones The Hot Spa was only hot one night out of 8 Spent abnormal amount of time trying to get realtor in charge of VRBO to understand problems Realtor was convinced all problems were the tenants problems This luxury vacation was definitely disrupted by the responses of and lack of understanding by the realtor who represented the owner for VRBO In the past all VRBO properties we have rented had a dedicated host who went out of the way to make sure everything was as expected or better However this realtor continued to blame the renters for all problems encountered She was unable to get the Sonos to connect to our music and was unable to get the heat to work for Spa except one night when the owner turned the heat on I would not recommend this property to anyone with the current managing realtor

Ideal beach house
The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving/beach vacation/family reunion. First of all, the view of the water was expansive and fabulous, a great way to start your day. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, from table settings for 20 to a kayak, lots of beach chairs and pool toys. We liked the bedrooms on all three levels, the teenagers had their own space downstairs, our 80-plus seniors were on the main level and we had the privacy of the master upstairs- lots of room for our party of 13. Kitchen was perfect for our group to work together. Overall, a wonderful place to create lasting family memories.

Loved this House for our family. It was perfect! Celebrated my mom's 87th birthday.
When I walked into the home, even after seeing photos, it took my breath away. The clean lines of the interior, the beauty, and serenity of the ocean view were exquisite. Additionally, it was very functional for the 13 of us. 9 adults and 4 children. There are two full-size refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The pool and hot tub area are gorgeous and well maintained. They even had pool toys and beach chairs as well as a kayak. it was an amazing venue for a special vacation and family reunion. Thank you to all who helped us with this property.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! GREAT FOR GROUPS!
We have been renting this wonderful home for 3 years. We have a group of friends who come from NY and we stay here. There is nothing you need from the outside world. The pool, the space, the location, it's all just perfect. We are 10 adults that range from ages 30-55. We all have our own room. No issues on space. and the Master Suite you will want to draw straws to see who gets this masterpiece. The kitchen is the best for preparing meals, talking, and all sitting down together in the large dining room table. After a long day of swimming, eating and talking, we all gather in the living room and watch TV in the living room. We don't even use the upstairs living room. It's the perfect house for a group who like to just sit back and enjoy. The beach is in your backyard. Debbie is great to work with and she checks up and makes sure everything is okay. And if it's not, she will take care of the issue asap. We are just deciding our next year time period. ! Enjoy

This villa has it all
The perfect location, incredible layout, plenty of sleeping space, great kitchen for entertaining large groups, great living space and stunning views. The pool is large, well maintained and clean. Jacuzzi is great. We were greeted by the courteous and professional Indira with follow up visit by Debbie to make sure all was good. Thank you for making this family reunion one of the best ever with everyone (5 years old to 73 years old)giving it a thumbs up.

Spectacular!!!
This home was exactly as the pictures portray and better! We were 8 adults and 3 children living in the home and it was perfect with room for more! When we arrived we were greeted by Debbie who was very helpful with the rental process and with showing us around the house and reviewing the mechanics of the home! Although you see pictures of the home you will be even more impressed in person! The location is unbelievable! Words can not describe how beautiful the outdoor living space is! We never left to go anywhere even though the house is located near so many attractions because we enjoyed the pool, yard, beach and kayaks so much! It really comes equipped with everything you need, even toys for the kids, and it is extremely clean!! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make large meals, and even bake! Just bring your clothes, and not too many because they have a large washer and dryer!! We had the time of our lives and made great memories at this home and hope to be able to go back again soon!!

Lovely Beachfront Vacation!
The house is a unique modern mansion with a gorgeous tropical yard, very rare to find directly on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. Loved that three of the bedrooms were spread out and very private. Master was huge and had a great lounge area. Extremely clean! Wonderful!

Fabulous and relaxing!!!
Hi Debbie, I want to thank you for a fabulous vacation. This house is perfect for us and I hope you found the house to be in the same condition as when we arrived. We pride ourselves is leaving the vacation homes in the same condition as when we arrived. The flowers and fresh fruit were a welcomed surprise on arrival. Your cleaning crew were so friendly and happy and very professional and did a super job on our arrival showing us where everything was. Indira (sorry on the spelling) was a wonderful help. It is obvious that they take great pride in preparing everything. The pool was warm and clean, the outdoor furniture and tables with large umbrellas made for wonderful eating outside by the pool! We even had the beach toys to choose from for the children and the adults loved the Kayaks. We have already decided that we would like to return for the Easter week next year, but I will contact you when I know the week that the children will have off. A fabulous beach house for family gatherings!
We arrived and were greeted by a very personable, friendly manager. She was knowledgeable and helpful. One phone call and it was done! From a modest entry, the house opened up to panoramic views of the ocean. As we walked through the house it just seemed to be a continuous journey of well appointed room after room. The spacious kitchen was a pleasure and joy to work in with all the utensils, dishes,etc. required for a large hungry family! The master bedroom and bath was the envy of all who stayed with us! Although not as large, the other rooms were enjoyed by all. The outside was the crowning glory of the house! With the ocean steps away, a large pool and 'spa' pool, lots of lounge chairs and beach toys, it kept all the children staying with us very busy and happy. The adults also enjoyed the relaxing sun and ocean environment that Fort Lauderdale is famous for. We will certainly recommend it to friends and relatives. As a matter of fact, we are planning an encore next year!

Vacation in Paradise for our Family
My family loved this house. Its location can't be beat -- directly on the ocean with a great back yard -- which is where we spent the majority of our time. The heated pool and spa along with music throughout the house and outside were wonderful. The gourmet kitchen was great for the ladies and us guys loved the bar-b-que. Even though it's an older home, it's well maintained. The owner and property manager know what travelers are looking for. Thanks Ken and Debbie. Can't wait to bring the family next year. Mark Landry

This home is an absolute paradise! The most incredible beach front location, stunning views, hugh pool area and yard. On the inside; beautifully furnished, very clean, all the amenities you can think of, and to top it off, extremely pleasant and accommodating owner/manager who go above and beyond to make your stay most enjoyable. We have had several opportunities to stay here and it has been a most incredible experience each and every time..... Cant wait to schedule our next vacation!

Wonderful Vacation
Our family and friends came all the way from Argentina to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were so overjoyed when we arrived as all of us could not believe just how beautiful this house and property are. It was like a dream come true and much nicer than we ever could have expected. The expansive backyard sits right on the sand of the Atlantic ocean. We literally walked out the huge private backyard right onto the sand. Even though we arrived a couple of days after hurricane Sandy the owner and his assistant Debbie did everything they could to assist us so that all of us had the best vacation of our lives. We loved the extremely large jacuzzi and also enjoyed using the owner's kayaks. We think this house and property is nothing short of amazing and can't wait to come back again. Maria

Turkey Trot

Thanksgiving on the beach
We rented the house for an extended family (7 adults, 9 kids) Thanksgiving trip, and had a wonderful time. The kids spent most of their waking hours in the pool, and being able to walk right out the back gate on to Lauderdale beach was great! Whoever said "location, location, location" might have been talking about this place. The house was clean, with nice amenities (kitchen is great, music throughout the house and yard, surround sound tv systems, pool and ping pong), and there was plenty of room for all of us. Best of all, the service was excellent. The owner and manager were both terrific. They provided contact information for catering, paddleboard rentals, restaurants and activities. In the couple of instances where we had an issue (heating coil in stove) or a question, the manager responded right away, allowing us to have a relaxing, worry-free vacation.
