I was on first floor assigned, and at my age I loved it for easy way in and out accessibility. Nice location by lake. Only thing wild fowls are all over and leave their droppings all over the walkway

Room was good. Fan in bathroom didnt seem to work that good, but nothing opening the window couldnt solve. Needed a towel on the floor so kids wouldnt slip getting in and out of shower. Breakfast options were great. Better than expected. Pool was a little dirty from recent weather. We will choose this location again if needed.

The check-in process was extremely stressful, and the reception staff was rude. They refused to accept cash, and their POS system didn’t work with my card. After making us wait for 30 minutes while taking care of others, the receptionist finally entered my credit card details manually into their system and checked us in—something he could have done much sooner but chose not to due to laziness and rudeness.

The location was great but the rooms definitely could have been cleaner. The tub and floors were dirty. The toilet wasn’t very clean either. We requested connecting rooms and got one room on the first floor and one on the fourth, I mean seriously, there had to have been something closer, at least on the same floor.

False advertising. Pictures used on Expedia no where near recent. Vinyl flooring in hotel room was coming up and clipping are feet. All the windows are dirty. Pool was to low to even be filtered and filled with leaves. Stayed 1 of 6 night booked and hotel and Expedia both refused refund.

The only thing I would change is a $30 dollar fee for early check in. It did not cause additional work for the hotel to allow early check in. Ive stayed at many hotels without incurring a charge. It seemed excessive for a $104 stay.

I liked its location. Unfortunately thier pillows are too soft, they dont have supporting pillows. Also the weather was so comfortable, we opened the window, but no screens against mosquitos. And it is noisy at night from the hall, and from outside.
