PARADISE VACATION HOUSE has 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.
RELAX OUTDOORS-on your covered private terrace with dining table for 8 and lounge chairs. The heated pool is shared by 6 apartment guests. A 6 foot fence surrounds the pool deck for total privacy! The gardens around the pool are filled with an array of tropical flowers and palms.
At night the gardens and the pool are lighted.
GUEST ACCESS
The front doors of the house operate with a 4 digit number code that you will choose upon your confirmation. The code is changed each time a guest departs.
PARKING
There is free parking for 2 vehicles in the house driveway.
INTERNET
The House and Pool Deck have Comcast High Speed Wireless Internet service.
The House is all yours. It is not shared.
SAFETY: The neighborhood is extremely safe and there is very little traffic
in front of the building.
Tom lives next door to the house.
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE:
Wilton Drive bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk from the house.
PLACES TO EAT:
Many restaurants to choose from on Wilton Drive and in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area.
GETTING AROUND:
It is strongly suggested that you rent a vehicle for your stay.
However, UBER and LYFT are very popular here in Fort Lauderdale.
The Pool and Deck is a very large area. It has 3 shaded pergolas with lounge chairs and table for 4. There are sunny areas and shaded areas for you to relax in. The 6 single apartments next door share the pool and deck. Most of the time there you will have it all to yourself. The house has its own private fenced in dining table and lounge chairs if you want to be totally private.
