The roof top pool is great. The problem is that it is not the hotels but belongs to a condominium. The pool area is small, chairs are limited and the space is crowded.

The hotel was great and in a great location. They need a better management team to organize the staff better. Everyone who worked there was friendly but not quite organized. You will wait a long time for your car if you use their valet. Give yourself at least 20-30 min of waiting to get the car.

Property was tired and not kept up. Entered the room and the key fob cover fell off the front door. Inside the room, the baseboard and window sills were dusty and dirty. There were fresh coffee stains on the wall by the bed. Two floorboards were sticking up and were a tripping hazard. There was no vanity in the washroom and no in room coffee. There were so many things wrong with this room and the property overall, it was just not clean or kept up. The front desk was polite but genuinely did not care about any of our concerns. Waited to speak with the mangager for close to an hour, left our phone number and was not contacted. Had to follow up two times, the manager was rude and acted as though we were an inconvenience as we booked through Expedia. Overall, it was a very poor experience on all levels. Will not be returning, which is a shame as we’ve only had good experiences at Kimpton properties in the past.

A hidden gem and pleasant surprise. From the amazing welcome by Daniil to the welcoming atmosphere around the property. This was my first time at a Kimpton hotel and won’t be my last. Thank you for the lovely time!

I only stayed one night but compared to other Kimpton properties, this one is subpar. I cannot see how this could be a 4 star hotel. It reminded me of an old fashioned beach hotel. The hotel itself seems run down and in need of paint and other touches. In the room, more paint us needed, the end tables are chipped, material is fraying from the headboard, etc.
