Corey checked us in at the front desk. We arrived earlier than expected and he was able to get our room for us asap. He was friendly and courteous. The only thing we didn't like was the air refresher the hotel uses in the lobby and hallways. Very strong. Other than that hotel is located is in a good location. Hotel shuttle came quick to get us at the airport.

This hotel is clean and friendly service but and I mean but, the fragrance they pump through the hotel is overwhelming. In the room, seems like the area rugs have their own lemon smelling fragrance. I had a reaction and we left after one night. Holy cow, it was beyond just a fresh scent! If you have sensitivities to fragrance, I would not stay at this hotel.

The South Florida Art Deco Beachy vibe was so cool! The property was pristine and we enjoyed all of our interactions with the staff! Cleanliness was on point! We will return for another stay !

The biggest issue we had was parking especially due to the event that was going on that evening. However, the staff did an excellent job in assisting with the parking issue. The area around the hotel was good and the restaurants were fine.

The property itself was fine. The agent who was working the front desk around 8pm on November 10, seemed very lazy. He checked us in, but each question I had, he’d sit back down. It was strange. He was def not warm and friendly! The door in the bathroom wouldn’t stay open, and no objects in the room kept it opened. It seemed clean enough though! Must give kudos to Chandra Diez, who worked in the dining area. She was friendly and accommodating! All in all, it was a fine stay.
