This is a luxury studio condo located 80 steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. This condo offers true beach living. This residence has the finest furnishings including ceramic beach like flooring, a full kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. It also has a full bathroom, bedroom and living room with sofa. There are laundry facilities available in the complex. This is a ground floor condo that faces the Marriott Hotel Hollywood. The complex has a pool and its own private parking space. All utilities included, TV, beach chairs and towels available. This is no smoking property. Also, there are no pets of any kind allowed. The best on the beach, just compare! 30 night minimum stay.

The location is superb. It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 5 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport, 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport and a of a mile north from the newly opened Margaretville Hotel and Spa.
