This hotel locates very close to FLL airport and maintains hourly airport shuttle service which is very convenient for travellers. Their overnight staff (a black gentleman I forgot his name) was very understanding and willing to help. I had problem with the airlines and needed to call them urgently however my cellphone plan didn’t have call minutes, he was kind enough to lend his own phone for me to call from. I really appreciate it!

I probably wouldn’t go out after dark on my own, but the hotel was clean, a much better price than closer to the port (pre-cruise hotel) and walking distance to a good restaurant (3 Sons Brewing Company) and a Walgreens in case you need to grab anything.

The lady Alexia at chech in was great. She helped provide a late check out for my Aunt due to a late flightbut the next day the staff was aggressive and disrespectful stating that she wasn't there and she couldn't stay. They were very rude and not helpful.
