The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Upon entering, the open layout brings you to the living room and kitchen, with designated dinning space and extra seating area. There is plenty of room for your group to spread out and enjoy the space together or individually. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer you’ll feel like you have all the conveniences of home!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have a queen-size bed each.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking essentials.

OUTDOOR SPACE☀️
Retreat to your private outdoor oasis, where a covered patio and pool deck await. Kick back and relax on comfortable lounge furniture with refreshing drinks in hand or fire up the grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. Relax by our heated pool or take a dip in the hot tub and catch a beautiful sunset while overlooking the river.

The home also includes FREE CABLE TV high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living room and master-bedroom, a washer & dryer and 3 driveway parking spots located in front of the house are all available during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We suggest more comfortable pool area seating. Not an ideal area for walks but a close drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale. . All in all a good experience.

This property was everything it was advertised to be online and more. It was cleaner than any vacation home I’ve stayed in, and they went above and beyond in providing the comforts of home. Kitchen was fully stocked, crisp white linens everywhere, lots of fluffy pool towels and floats, plus a kit in each bathroom if you had forgotten and important hygiene item. Sandy was wonderful from start to finish!

We had a great experience on this property. Our hostess Sandy was wonderful, very responsive, helpful, and caring. She went above & beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The house was very nice, and nicely furnished, with all amenities and little extras such as fruit, snacks, and toiletries for us to use. We also enjoyed the outside of the house i.e. the pool, hot tub, and canal view. We would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great family vacation!
We vacationed here as a family during Thanksgiving break. We loved this property and we would strongly consider coming back. It was exactly as advertised and beyond. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything that you could possibly need to cook, grill or go to the beach. The heated salt water pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was very close to everything - Las Olas Blvd, beaches, shopping, downtown, and the airport. The host was very responsive and accommodating in the rare instances that we needed something. Overall, we were very happy with this stay and left feeling very relaxed.

FABULOUS HOST AND PROPERTY!
Everything about our stay was perfect. We had a last minute change in our vacation plans and could not extend our stay in that place. Searched for another nearby place and found this beautiful house. Sandy was our hero and was able to accommodate us for a couple more days. The home is beautiful! Picture perfect as in the photos. Probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Sandy was very friendly, gracious and responded quickly to our messages. Wish we would have booked this home for our entire vacation.

Amazing vacation home
We stayed at this property for almost a week and it was an amazing holiday, the house is meticulously clean and perfectly furnished and supplied with all the amenities that you would need, for example, you had a headache and forgot bring any meds? They have a sealed package of Tylenol just in case. The pool and hottub are amazing and in perfect shape and the same applies to every part of the property both indoors and outdoors. Will definitely come back once I have the chance to visit Florida again. Thank you Sandy for everything, much appreciated!

My adult children and granddaughter traveled from CT to go to my son’s Fire Academy graduation. We all stayed at the property that was spectacular. We never really left except to go to the grocery store. There was NOT one thing missing. The outdoor life with pool, spa and fish in the canal kept us very entertained The kitchen was so clean and well equipped. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area as well. We kept noticing all the details not left out. Sandy, the host was outstanding with her communication. We all agreed we would love to come back again within the year. We made a blessed memory here.
