Amazing 1 Bedroom, Half block to beach Stay a week save 10% or month save 20%

We only accept booking for the months of January and February if booked together. No less than 2 months booking for those two months.

Only 3 minutes walk to the beach, this one bedroom is located in a beautiful Spanish style triplex and nestled in a lush tropical setting. The wood fencing offers privacy to the front courtyard. The heated in ground pool surrounded by pavers, is perfect for sunbathing, dining and relaxation . This gorgeous property has a guest house feel and is steps to Fort Lauderdale Beaches. It is beautifully decorated and has a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Tile flooring throughout and wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through the large windows overlooking the courtyard and the pool .The bedrooms has a Queen bed and separate walk- in closet.

Perfect Getaway
We loved the secludedness of the location with the private pool. A convenient walk to the beach and not too far from anything we needed while visiting. Not too terrible of a distance from downtown either so we were able to check out Las Olas! We loved our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

While the property is dated overall, the furnishings were adequate and well-maintained. The poolside was clean, quiet and relaxing. Proximity to the beach was great. For anyone wanting a ground floor experience, this met the bill.

This is a lovely place…. Literally, 4 minutes to the beach and easy trips to stores and restaurants. We lucked into finding it at the last minute, but immediately started thinking about when we could come back!!

This was everything we hoped it would be ! A wonderful pool and patio, a quick and easy walk to the beach, great neighborhood. Hosts were easy to deal with. We took our 8 year old grandson and the unit was spacious.

Great location and unit. Property owner communicates well and is very nice and help. This is the second time we stayed at this site but in a different unit. We love everything about this location and my wife says she's very comfortable here it just feels like our spot. Will be back every time we come to Fort Lauderdale.

Delightful property
The property was exactly as described. Very clean and conveniently located. While the decor was a bit dated, we knew that from the photos in the listing so no surprises there. Owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. Communal pool area was actually quite lovely and the other guests were delightful.

Had a great time!
We absolutely loved the property and it lived up to all expectations, we would definitely shay here again. We did not see any other guests in the other units and we had the pool to ourselves the entire time. There's not a lot within short walking distance except for the Sandbar, which we loved. And we were able to rent some beach loungers and an umbrella to sit on the beach for the day. The cleanliness of the unit was great, and the communication and check in process went very smoothly. We had no major complaints but the only minor one was there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Overall good, but a few items need attention. FYI The sleeper sofa is so worn (springs/frame bent) out we had to just put mattress on the floor. Cleaning crew only left one roll of TP - which is either an oversight or cheap. 3 units at site and like 3 tiers of pool lounge chairs so if last to claim, end up with rickety chairs with no cushions, so best to update all.

If I had to do it again, I wouldn't do it here!
There are a number of reasons, that for us, resulted in the poor rating. Those who travel with dogs will understand this better. Yes, dogs are welcome (of course with additional fees), and yes the beach is "2 blocks away" (crossing A1A can be difficult, very busy). However, the city of Fort Lauderdale do NOT allow dogs on said beach, and for us this was a prime determining factor in choosing this location. *** NOWHERE is this mentioned in the property description. *** Other cons relate to the property upkeep. Start from the entry point: #1-The entry gate is not at all easy to manipulate, very rickety. The supporting 4X4 needs to be removed and re-concreted. The key holder works but due to the environment has corroded and needs to be updated. #2- For the cost of this place, they could buy a new coffee maker, come on people! Burnt accumulated debris on the base, as well as a chipped glass carafe, on the spout. #3-Cleaning crew not at all thorough, bugs on the floor by the refrigerator, dried food debris on the cabinet door holding dishes, blue cleaning material that has accumulated on the toilet seat by the tank, besides being loose. #4-Multiple loose fixtures/lamps, loose kitchen faucet. This is basic maintenance for any home. Again, for the cost, this needs to be checked regularly. Maybe act as though you were a guest staying there, not just supervising and make sure everything works properly. #5- The mattress in the bedroom desperately needs to be removed and replaced. You can feel the springs. We had to go buy a separate memory foam to have minimal comfort. If those reading feel I am being overly critical or picky, another resident that was there at the time had to purchase a separate air mattress. #6-The glass stove top just doesn't work properly. No way should I need to go to almost the highest setting just to make an omelet. On the pro side, and truly the only one, is the pool, clean and well maintained.

The property was close to the beach and great restaurants. We loved the place so much we wanted to buy it LOL. The pool was warm and inviting and the apartment had everything we needed. The host was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant. We will definitely be back :) Thank you!!
