Lovely location and well provisioned house
Located at the end of a very quiet road and looking out over the Intercoastal this house was very well located in Pompano Beach, very close to all sorts of local restaurants. The pool and patio area was very spacious and ideal for relaxing.

Beautiful Home
We recently stayed there over Easter vacation. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The children kept busy with the pool and the adults kept busy relaxing in this beautiful house. I would recommend this house to others, and we look forward to returning there one day.

Great place. View is amazing, even better than pictures. Outdoor furniture very nice. Everything inside is new and well done. Great neighborhood and very close to restaurants and shopping. Probably one of the nicest homes I have ever rented. Some minor issues pointed out to management who will hopefully fix.

Amazing Property and Location

The view from the kitchen is absolutely stunning, and then you step outside by the pool area breathtaking.. loved watching the boats/jet skis pass by.. Beautiful pool jacuzzi, but it’s not heated, should be… House needs wash clothes and more towels. Very spacious house

Family Getaway
The house and location were awesome! As soon as you walk in you are met with breathtaking views of the backyard. Every room was spectacular and the kitchen was amazing. The only downside was the guest before our stay may have had some sort of party outside and the outdoor furniture needed a good wipe down and the pool had confetti, ping pong balls, and a water bottle in the pool that was not cleaned. It was not a big deal to us as we just cleaned everything and went on with our stay. Overall an amazing stay and we would recommend anyone who’s looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great potential but overall very disappointing.
It’s a beautiful property but the listing is misleading. The listing mentions a balcony and a jetted tub—in reality, both of them are locked off in the homeowner’s master suite, which can’t be accessed by those renting. I love balconies, so imagine my frustration when I had to contact the property manager only to find out the master suite—again, with the balcony and listed jetted tub—can’t be accessed. Other problems: The site mentions “contactless check-in,” which isn’t true. We had to arrange to meet someone from Vacasa at the house so he could check my ID after our 10-hour drive. When we arrived, the garbage cans and the recycling bin in the kitchen were full from prior guests. The recycling bins in the driveway were so full we couldn’t put ours in there. Two bathroom wastebaskets did not have plastic linings and looked as if someone had been sick in them—I’m not exaggerating. To their credit, Vacasa had someone pick up some recycling and refunded some money for the lack of cleaning, but compensated nothing for the misleading posting regarding the balcony and jetted tub. Also be aware: the pool is not heated (the site does not claim otherwise) and the “raised” section on the left side of the pool is NOT a hot tub—it’s just an extension of the pool. The water was too cold for us, but braver folks may feel otherwise. Also, since it’s on a channel, there can be loud boat traffic blaring music. We enjoyed seeing boats but the noise got old after a while. More problems: Since there’s no true master suite (it’s locked off), you have to settle on other rooms. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a small bathroom. We chose the upstairs room with the king-size bed, but it didn’t have a TV (thought it’s pictured with one in the listing) nor does it have an attached bathroom. The house has ample hot water but we couldn’t get any in the sink we used—perhaps it was user error. For all the upstairs bedrooms, only one closet had a small mobile clothes rack with about 7 hangers. ALL the other closets upstairs don’t have a rod on which to hang clothes, so we had to just lay things around the room. Oddly, the upstairs thermostat was in Celsius and we couldn’t change it (though now I know Celsius better)! The booklet the homeowner usually leaves you with all the instructions how to use things in the house? This one only gave you the wifi password, then about 20 pages on local noise ordinances. There’s an unusual TV setup, automatic blinds, and even a sauna—all with no instructions how to use them. Of all the rentals I’ve done, this one had the smallest number of niceties. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but given the misleading listing, the lack of a true master suite, and the garbage left in the house, I’m disappointed to have to give this rental a low rating—a first for me. Given it all, we left a day early. I do hope they correct the listing to be accurate asap, as otherwise it would seem to be intentionally misleading future renters.

Family Vacation
This is our family second year that we stayed at this property. We were greeted by the property manager which we did appreciate but she informed us that day that the water temperature was difficult to control in the hall bathroom. We could not use the jacuzzi do to other tenants were losing the remote control. Finally, the TV in the upstairs bedroom was not working.No one followed up to confirm if we were able to get the TV working. Beautiful home!! We have stayed there last year!

I rented this house for a week
Property is very nice. If you appreciate appliances it’s a high end spec home. Overall it’s a very nice place with a lot of space in a quiet secluded neighborhood. House could use more hangars. Make sure you clarify the deal with access to the hot tub and pool heater because it was apparently not an option for us to use which is bunk and should have been expressly noted in the listing rather than omitted. To be clear, this property is exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The views are great.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung auf der VRBO Seite. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. kein Wasserkocher, nicht gut Gas in der Gasflasche, bot das Haus höchsten Komfort.

Don’t trust Vacasa
I arrived at 4 pm to check in and the cleaners were still there doing work. The rep from Vacasa tells me the hot water heater is out and there is no hot water in the showers. We have 10 people staying here with no hot water. Plumber was supposed to come that day, but didn’t show up for 3 more days. Hot tub didn’t work as well. Very disappointing experience.

Perfect Getaway Resort for 5 Couples
Beautiful location, great layout and modern clean styling! The place looks over the intracoastal which is so much cooler than a side canal with lots of action all day. We enjoyed the pool and spa and never noticed neighbors on either side! If we could afford it, we would buy it!
