I usually stay at this Hotel and my experience has been prettty goood in the past. Room has a mini fridge and microwave and a hairdryer. Alll which was useful. Even daily housekeeping, towels changed daily and bed made up. This time around though I had a couple of hiccups: my room had 2 bottles of water labeled for Diamond Gold Silver members, other members costs $3.00, which I was charged as I drank it cause I totally missed the note. But its water.. Additionally, my check out was 11am, housekeeping came knocking on my door at 9am, asking what time ill be leaving. I indicated as far as I'm aware my check out is 11am and I still need my room. He responded he is waiting. Another female cleaner came up and they began arguing outside my door about him knocking on persons door before 11am. It was not nice at all, I felt rushed and like i just needed to leave Also, there is a $10USD fee per package for any packages delivered to the front desk. I Iike this place, it's usually really good but this time wasnt so great

The food wasn’t good, no laundry available on the compound, carpet in the rooms need upgrading, insufficient lighting in rooms, pillows are very uncomfortable. Housekeeping does a good job, some front desk staff are quite accommodating, proximity to shopping and other services is a plus

The staff was no help. My room was not cleaned when I came into it. There was a used roll of toilet paper with a quarter left like I was using a public restroom. My coffee bar was half empty not restocked properly each day my company booked the reservation and I was not made aware that I had to bring $250 for incidentals and after going to class for. 10 hours coming to try to check in. I had to wait 30 minutes at the front desk to call home and get a credit card or else I wasn’t gonna be allowed to go to my reservations so overall your hotel was horrible and I will never stay there again and my company will never pay for another one of their employees to stay there during training again

Manager Patrick Charged $85 for 8 Amazon package delivery/storage despite me being present in the lobby to receive packages from Amazon Driver. Patrick was EXTREMELY rude, unreasonable and condescending. He advised that despite them not having to store the packages there was still a fee of $10 per package for “using the hotel address”. Prior to ordering, I called the property and was told there was NOT a storage fee. Unacceptable. Will not return.

I was in town for the orange bowl. This hotel had an available room at a good rate. I was excited to learn that the Notre Dame band was staying here! Beautiful lobby and updated rooms. Fitness center very nice. Hot tub was out of order.

The shopping is 10 minutes away walking. From the airport to sawgrass is approximately 60$. The hotel is very clean...will definitely go back.
