THERE IS SOME CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AROUND US. THEY ARE CLOSE TO COMPLETION, BUT THERE MAY BE NOISE FROM TIME TO TIME


ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO is a more private 4 story complex right on the beach! We have on site free parking, heated pool, full kitchen and much more!

OUR CHECKIN TIME IS 4PM & CHECKOUT IS 11AM THESE TIMES ARE STRICT DO TO GUESTS LEAVING & ARRIVING ON THE SAME DAY.

In a great location and only 25 mins from Ft. Lauderdale Airport.

This condo is 725 sq. ft. 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo
sleeps 4. It has a very nice Serta memory foam king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Nice linens provided.

The unit has a full kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and many cooking utensils. We supply beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryer & iron/board.

There is a very nice size closet in the bedroom also. We have a nice vanity in the full bath for all the lovely ladies, with a lighted makeup mirror.

Our pool is heated, and has a nice patio with loungers, chairs, tables ,& umbrellas. Our pool steps down to our private beach area where you will find 2 grills, additional chairs, tables, umbrellas and loungers.

Your FREE parking space is located right in front of the building close by the elevator. There are laundry rooms located on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Laundry detergent is complementary.

You'll have start up paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper & all hand soaps. Additional items are guest's responsibility. We have nice linens for the beds, bath towels, wash cloths, & hand towels.

We are sorry but Atlantic Terrace does not allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for our guests only. We strive to make every guest comfortable & have a pleasant atmosphere while they stay with us!

Amazing view!

This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Such a beautiful view of the ocean and definitely a hidden treasure. The condo cat Sally was a bonus, she’s so sweet and came by every night for her dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pompano Beach condo! It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. We used the pool and it was very warm, quiet, and private. The condo is in a small building with larger high rises next to it. We walked a mile to the main part of Pompano Beach with the pier, restaurants, and shops. The condo is spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and we loved the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The owner Terri was friendly, quick to communicate, and accommodating. We plan to return to Pompano Beach and recommend staying at this condo!

The view of the ocean was unsurpassed. Everything very clean. Decorations were very nautical and nice. Furniture comfortable. I was recommending this property to relatives here for a wedding.

Absolute Gem
We had an absolutely glorious stay at Atlantic Terrace. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the property is so close to nearby restaurants and The Pier. Each day we were able to bring our canopy and chairs out to the beach with ease and I could dart upstairs to make lunch or drinks in just a couple minutes. The water was beautiful and we enjoyed snorkeling as well as the pool area. The view was the best we have ever had on a beach vacation and we hope to return next year. So many great memories for our family.

The perfect vacation
This was our first visit to the area but not our last. Pompano Beach did not disappoint. But what made the vacation most enjoyable was our condo. It was just right for two people and decorated in a south Florida beach vibe. The view of the ocean was beautiful, we loved getting up early to watch the sun rise! We spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing by it and getting to know the other condo “residents” We will definitely be back to this special get-away at Pompano!

This place is amazing! It is exactly how it is listed and looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed plus some. My husband and I have been to Pompano Beach before on our honeymoon, this was the first time bringing our kids. The ocean and the pool did not disappoint! Loved waking up every morning and enjoying my cup of coffee while sitting at the table that overlooked the ocean. Thank you! We are already planning our trip back next summer. ☺️

This small apartment is very clean and close to the beach It’s worth the price. To make it better a shade should be place on the picture window, the sun make uncomfortable to have breakfast on the dining table and sleep on the sofa bed in the mornings. Also a broom and dustpan will make the difference to keep the place clean. Mattress on the sofa bed is very uncomfortable too

Exactly what we hoped for & more!
Location Location Location! Very clean and stocked condo. So clean it seemed we were the first with children, despite our constant efforts, to be tracking the beach indoors. The retired community who all have been renting in this building for years were so nice and friendly, multiple couples told us they had stayed in this unit (it’s the biggest and best view) but always have trouble booking it because it is always taken. They asked how we got so lucky! With the sense of community we felt safe. 3 nights on the pull out sleeper was hard on my husband’s back, it was a trade off to be right on the beach but definitely not a comfortable night sleep. The heated pool was almost like a hot tub, perfect to unwind before bed. Overall, it was perfect for the 4 of us. This unit is all you need and more!
