Bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer, paper rolls tissues, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion, with extra towels for each guest. House has a good AC system that will keep you at good temperature all times. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably, Smart TV in living room and first bedroom. Home is equipped with high speed internet and WIFI. Note: We aim to provide you with high quality luxury style bed linens, and we ask you too treat them as you would do at your own home, if you leave us after your checkout with damaged or stained bed linens that are not in the normal condition as we provided you, you will be charged for the replacement of the damaged linens. DOGS: Pets are allowed on the property. Note: there is a pet stay fee of $100 per stay per each pet you bring into the house, this pet stay fee does not cover any damages or extra cleanings that has occurred from your pet during your stay. Note: if there is damages done from your pet, or there is poop left on our property or on the lawn you will be assessed a fee after your checkout. The house cleaning fee does not cover any of your pet cleaning, so make sure to clean up after your pet’s poop.
