OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private heated swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8 with large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (5)
Casa Blanca sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 5, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (4)
- All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP-soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All six (6) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 312 sq. ft. heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 40 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Casa Blanca is cozy place, located in friendly community with good amenities. I enjoyed my time there! There's a few small things i wish were different... the stove got extremely hot without turning up the dail, one of the pictures kept falling off the wall, the shower temperature was always hot and couldn't adjust to a colder temperature, Besides those few things I had an amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as described on line however, we didn’t expect to see termite tunnels on the ceiling and were bitten by bed bugs. Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as was reported on line. From the outside the rooms and the livings quarters look good, but the management has to step up and control the infestation.

Thanksgiving family vacation

Good but…
The house was good Good location Back patio was infested with “no see um bugs” that owners knew about it, when I told him about what we thought was fleas, he told us about the bugs. By third day when we killed one, I told him and he came with an off outdoor spray. We all were bit by these bugs (itches pretty bad) I dont understand why If they knew about these bugs, why they don’t fumigate every time they have guests at the house.

Exactly what we were looking for!
Really great house. Modern updated rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. The layout is perfect. Lots of bathrooms and showers. The backyard and pool is stunning. Enclosed by a high fence with beautiful tropical trees gives it privacy as well as a great feel. Has a nice covered grill area as well.

Clean and comfortable house in a convenient location. Icemaker didn’t work, so you will need to bring your own ice. Be prepared to provide private information directly to a secondary management company (even though already provided through VRBO) or they will not give you the access codes.

Perfect!
Truck drivers here for Beyonce! We needed to get out of the trucks for a bit. This place is PERFECT! VERY CLEAN! the coffee maker stopped working and they brought a new one the same day. I highly recommend this place.

Summer Family Trip
Once again we were pleased with our Valgal vaca rental. Hollywood beach is our family's sentimental favorite. The house was clean and exactly as described in the ad. The pool was the favorite feature for the kids and adults. We utilized the grill for hamburger/hotdog night. Overall the stay was a big success and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place!
The home is fairly small but every inch of space is used well. It has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It was spotless clean when we walked in. The surrounding neighborhoods are a little sketchy at times but the beach and everything you could need was very nearby. We decided to extend our stay and the property manager was very accommodating. Overall a very nice stay!

As advertised!
The property was perfect for my bachelor party, we had a group of 8 guys and loved being able to utilize the pool, having plenty of space for all of us, and being a short ride away from Fort Lauderdale. The property management was very helpful in allowing us to drop bags at their office since we arrived prior to check in. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Hollywood area!

Overall nice experience with the house… very spacious for the group of 10 we had… quiet community. One thing tho if you’re sitting outside poolside be prepared to be eaten by mosquitoes or whatever it was. Appliances need to be updated but overall the house was great. Very responsive team.. will book again if needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 family members at Casa Blanca in Hollywood, FL. All the bedrooms had king size beds, which was great for the adults! The pool was a major plus for the kids! The house was clean, well stocked with towels, and had a table large enough for all of us to eat together. The only downside was that the lighting was very bright and with the glass panels in the doors, the adults had to sit in the dark after the kids went to sleep.
