The room was small but clean and had all the basics. The bathroom was large and updated, plenty of hot water and pressure. Location was great, right on A1A. There were no problems with noise, maintenance, or safety.
Drawbacks: Parking was sometimes hard to find (all spots full), and the front lot flooded in the rain. The Keurig coffee cups were the nastiest I've ever had. But the biggest problem was the uncomfortable bed. Cheap, hot microfiber sheets and a really weird-feeling mattress. Like a thin foam mattress on top of a hard board.
While I know I shouldn't expect luxury for this price point, I would hope for a comfortable bed.
