I thought the hotel was great. The only problem was that VRBO sent me check in instructions the afternoon of my arrival. I was in a plane and did not have access to my email. So, I just drove to the hotel and there was no office to check in at. So, I did not know how to find or get into my room. If this email was sent the day before or as a text msg, I would have seen it. But,I think sending the info the day before would be the best solution. Or you could post directions to check your email on the office door,
