Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
First there is an issue in the handoff between hotels.com and the BnB Hyperion software. When filling out the secondary BnB software for security deposit both my MasterCard and Visa classified the transaction as fraud and declined them initially. Secondly, I requested to stay until 2/3 via hotels.com and somehow that was truncated to departing on 2/1. Finally just had a person who knew the front door code walk in at 8:15am even though check out isn't until 11am. Totally unsatisfactory.
