Best Studio Location In The Building With Unobstructed Water View Balcony


Our unit #424 is a great studio for a vacation. A queen bed and cabinet bed sleep 4. The 17' wide balcony offers a 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50" Smart flat screen TV with internet. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs, real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing and convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking only. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! Jet Ski, kayak, & paddle board rentals next door. Check in 3:00 pm/Check out 11:00 am.

This was our 2nd time staying at this spot. It may not be the most glamorous, but you can not beat the location. Just enough amenities to get you through. Live the life of a beach bum amd stay here! The hosts are absolutely amazing to eork with.

Very nice view. Grocery store was nice and close. Tiki Bar was very convenient for getting something to eat or drink. Can get loud later at night because of the Tiki Bar being open tell late at night.

Beautiful view

The balcony was such a great place to enjoy every morning and afternoon of the beautiful beach. The studio condo was cool temperature and super quiet in spite of the loud tiki bar. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. Such a great mattress. The water pressure on the shower was terrific. You had all the amenities you needed right there. The owners were so accommodating and terrific to work with. I would recommend to all my friends and family. People all over the property were friendly. I hope everyone else really enjoys the views and stay as much as we did.

Perfect for a couple

This unit is perfect for a couple looking to get away and stay on the beach. The view is top notch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The tiki bar on the beach was the cherry on top. We ate and drank there at least once every day. We rented a car and paid $60 to park across the street for 4 nights, but to be honest we didn’t even need the car at all. Once you’re there you either don’t need to leave the property to enjoy yourself, or you can walk to grocery/stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was perfect for me and my wife. Absolutely amazing view. Super clean and loved the little extras like sunscreen, lotions, coffee, beach chairs etc. The hotel tiki hut/bar restaurant was great! Grilled gouper bites were amazing!! The host went above and beyond to see that our accomdations were what we needed. Would definitely stay here again! The view was amazing!!!

Great location - We enjoyed our stay!

Listing is accurate and the hosts are so quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was great, the view from the balcony is amazing!! The tiki hut gets loud and doesn't close until 2 a.m., so an ambient noise machine might be a good amenity to provide. The beds are comfortable (most comfortable Murphy beds we've ever used). There were great items at the condo for our use, such as an umbrella, chairs, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Loved this little slice of heaven! Perfect for my husband and I. In walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you could want. Exactly as in listing. Loved sitting out on the patio listening to the ocean. View is phenomenal! Hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!
