"The service desk was on point, having our walkway double checked, re snow shoveled and salted. Kerry was great. And we come through often. Always look forward to seeing his friendly face. "Got a free upgraded room from the nice young gentleman at the front desk. The entire staff was extremely friendly. Also the breakfast was the best I ever had at a stop and go hotel. They had: Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal, strawberry and original waffle mix, greek and regular yogurt, 2 types of milk, fresh juice, and a bunch more. Definitely will stop here again."

"My second stay here. Overall very comfortable and clean. The shower is great. Suggest to stay on second floor. Walls and ceiling transfers sound like crazy. If on first floor those walling above you sound like they are in your room. Couple of things to improve is change the daylight color temp of your led bulbs to incandescent (3200k). The blue daylight color makes to rooms feel cold. Suggest doing a deep clean on the shower head for scale to keep nozzles clear on a monthly basis. "

"Very nice motel. Upon arrival I was asked if I had pet. Answered yes, was told need to pay a fee but wasn’t informed of amount. Requested my credit card for charge, I had to ask amount of pet fee and then ask for my card back while I paid fee in cash. Felt as tho I was a bother. "My go to while in Yreka. Doesn’t offer food or coffee in room but if you go to and front they have coffee. The staff make it worth it and are always nice. Sometimes there will be problems with guest but they manage it quick and efficient. I love the parking and it is close to a 24 hour gas station that carries pretty much everything you need. Good with kids and also was nice when my daughter pulled the fire alarm lol "

"Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty."
