"Great stay! Comfortable bed, and everything needed to cook meals instead of going out all the time. Gave location four stars only because the neighborhood is transitioning to be more upscale and so you hear some construction noise as people are building. Not too early or too late though :) Easy walk to the lovely historic district and wonderful downtown shops and restaurants."

"Had a great stay at this property. There were issues with out door not latching shut, but the manager was prompt in her response and had the owner there quickly to resolve the issue. Looking forward to staying there again when i come visit. "

"I liked the pool area and the apartment was clean and spacious. I didn't particularly appreciate facing the street and hearing the traffic. I thought i was getting an apartment with beach access but it would've been a long walk. It was only a six-minute drive but I would've liked that to have been made known in the beginning."

Review of the hotel.

"The front desk greeted us in a very friendly manner and it was fast. The double bed room was clean with fresh linens on the beds. The mattress and pillows were like sleeping on air. Bathroom was perfectly appointed with everything one needs. Breakfast was ready at 6 AM and plentiful. There was something for everyone’s different needs/tastes. Very friendly breakfast staff and all food areas were exceptionally clean. Plenty of tables and seating arrangements.😊"
