Best location in town for proximity to CSU and Old Town! Built in 1895 as a duplex cottage, The Modern Historic South has been lovingly restored and modernized with your comfort in mind in the fall of 2017. Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, amazing kitchen, front porch and a back patio area will make your stay a place to relax, unwind and enjoy!

This is a warm, bright, luxurious space to host you and your family. Ace location- walk or bike to the University and to Old Town. Inviting front porch to relax and unwind, or frolic in the backyard. A wonderful home away from home experience!

Remington Street is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. It is a short walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment. Originally a street where much of the university housing was supplied, the neighborhood has become a transitional zone with homes and businesses in close proximity to one another.

Perfect for a campus visit
We adored this home and loved the easy walk to CSU campus. We were worried about it being a duplex, but it was totally quiet- as if it were a single family home. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is stocked. Front porch was a great place to watch the afternoon storms roll in.

This home was better than advertised. It’s located in the perfect area and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. The hostess was very responsive and helpful when needed. Great space in a quiet neighborhood with easy access
Apart from a hiccup when we arrived and the entry code didn't work, we had a great stay. The house is spacious, well appointed, clean, with a nice porch to sit out on, on a tree lined street close enough to any shops and restaurants you might need. Beds very comfortable and shower hot with good pressure. Overall, no complaints.

We were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. The house is nicely updated while still keeping its charm. The parking is perfect. The house is immaculate. (my favorite part). Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely stocked. Good location. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Very nice two bedroom property. Adjacent to Colorado State University, walking distance to downtown Fort Collins and just over an hour to Rocky Mountain National Park. The property manager did a great job checking in with us and ensured we have a good stay.

This was our second stay in this lovely little bungalow! Very very clean, comfortable and convenient. Check-in and out couldn’t be easier, and the owner is super responsive. Our CSU son has three more years and we will never stay anywhere else when visiting him! 💚

We love this house
This is the second time this year that we have stayed with Harriet. The home is lovely - the front porch and backyard just add to the amenities. It’s an easy walk to downtown and the trial gardens. Our son, who lives in town, can get here easily - it’s a great central location and a lovely home.
