You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared ooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! This was a wonderful house for our large family to celebrate Christmas! Old Town North is very accessible to Old town where there are so many options of dining, shopping and activities. The house was stocked with essentials like trash bags, laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen as far as cookware. I'd stay again!

Amazing Property and Great Location
From start to finish, Erik was a tremendous host and represented the property perfectly. We rented this location to attend a family wedding. Great location to quickly get to the Old Town!

So many king-size beds!
Stayed here with some co-workers for a conference. The extra king-size beds (as compared to so many rental properties) was a big bonus! The hot tub wasn't working, so that was a disappointment. Clean unit with lots of space.

Plenty of space to relax and enjoy this home away from home. Communication from the host was timely and informative. Check in was super easy! Hot tub controls could use some attention, but the home was excellent overall.

Nice home w lots of space
The amount of space is great for families though a more well appointed kitchen to cook for 10 would have been nice. Easy street parking and didn’t realized hot tub was only free at certain times and never after 9p but otherwise, our large family enjoyed the stay and felt safe.

We were very comfortable at this property. The location is great! Great communication with the owner. Side Note: There is a ton of silverware in a hidden drawer above the glasses. Keep looking. 5 of us had 3 spoons the entire stay. We found all the silverware on the last day. HA HA. I highly recommend this property!

My husband and I along with our 3 teenage daughters had the pleasure of staying here on a recent visit to Fort Collins. Not sure what year the house was built, but it still smells like new construction on the inside. The house is very well kept and clean. Erik, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay. The location of this house is great. It's within walking distance to downtown and New Belgium. The north end of Old Town has changed a lot in recent years for the better and we enjoyed checking out all the new shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Fort Collins stay
We had a fun experience at this house. Very close to downtown Fort Collins and almost across the street from human bean coffee house, which is a drive-through. The parking could be a little tricky because the garage is being used by the owners for storage. The house has a great basement that has a full bedroom and full bath and also a daybed plus large U-shaped sofa and big TV. Very large and usable space. They had a nice rooftop hot tub which we did not use but look like it could have been fun. There is a schedule for use of the hot tub because you share it with another house. We would definitely use this house again on our next visit to Fort Collins

Great visit in Fort Collins
I was the main communicator and organizer for a team of international staff members who stayed at this house. The house is beautiful and spacious, it was a great fit for our guests. It's close to downtown and in a beautiful neighborhood. I would highly recommend and we will consider it next year when we host our staff members again!

Beautiful home convenient to downtown Fort Collins
We needed a last minute rental for my family and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The property is amazing. It’s even better than the pictures! We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and our kids loved the downstairs space. The rooftop hot tub was another highlight. The location and neighborhood could not have been better. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home!
