There are five Bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a front porch and a fire-pit in the backyard; a perfect space for a large family gathering!

Located in Old Town Ft Collins, this is perfect to experience all of our amazing community. This spectacular home is within walking distance to great restaurants, cultural activities and historic Old Town Fort Collins.

A sun drenched home away from home. 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, front porch, backyard sitting and eating areas along with a fire-pit! Minutes to walk to CSU campus and Old Town. This beautifully appointed, heated and air conditioned home features quality furnishings and Everitt & Schilling wood wall decor. There are oversize showers, and each room is equipped with a collection of Vinyl records and record player.

Amazing location!
Wonderful, roomy house for our adult family visiting for a wedding! The backyard is great for small outside gatherings. Excellent location for an easy walk to the University or Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Fort Collins
We had a wonderful stay in Fort Collins. Harriet was a very attentive host. The house is spacious and clean. We traveled as a group of adults and it was very nice to have 3 en suite bathrooms. The house is within walking distance to the CSU campus and therefore many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Would highly recommend!

This is a great house with five bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The back yard is great as well. Ample parking on the street and behind the house as well. The owner was great and we would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a great stay on our first trip back to Colorado since the 1990's!
