Stayed here over holidays and enjoyed the cottage. Location is close to CSU and Old Town. Beds were confortable. Would stay here again, good for long weekend visit!
Perfect spot for a family of four (adults) to celebrate their brother's graduation from CSU graduate program. Very close to campus, clean, very attentive host who let us check in early, and nice to have coffee at the ready in the kitchen. This is our second stay here and I would come back in a heartbeat. Very reasonable price as well.
The cottage is in a great location for exploring Fort Collins and the surrounding area. Many great restaurants are in walking distance. All the comforts of home were wrapped up in this adorable cottage. Loved our stay!
Very clean house with a nice garden area to sit outside. Beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed.
The host was very responsive and kind. We would love to stay here again!
This place is very comfortable and has everything you need during a vacation. The bed is very comfortable, too. This is our second time visiting our son in Fort Collins and we had fun shopping, eating out, hiking, and biking. If you visit, you must have breakfast at the Silver Grille.
This is a well-appointed, charming, private and quiet place. It's in a very convenient neighborhood, with safe off-street parking. The outdoor space is a bonus - lovely to sit and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay very much. If we are back in Fort Collins we hope this is available again.
This was a super nice place to stay - sumptuous appointments inside and a lovely patio on which to hang out.
(Did not really communicate with the owner - no need)
House was nicer than pictures convey. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, everything is there to fix meals. Outdoor grill and firepit were added bonus. Beds were very comfy! Perfect location and easy in/out access.
The cottage was lovely, very clean, and Well stocked
The only issue is the spiral staircase and our luggage.
Downtown Fort Collins was lovely, wonderful food. The ghost tour was a lot of fun.
The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with.
I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet.
Overall, highly recommend this VRBO!
This was an ideal place to spend 10 days visiting our granddaughters in Fort Collins. They were able to spend several nights staying in the upper loft. We had several cookouts and dinners in the outside patio area. Very clean and anything we needed was provided. We will be back again later this year.
It was a wonderful place. We love the location. The only problem being the stairs going upstairs I did not see that in the pictures and my daughter who is staying upstairs had a very hard time taking her luggage up there. It was OK but it was just something I didn’t recognize in the pictures, but we would go back
Did a 2 week course at CSU. This little cottage is a great spot for anyone visiting students who live in the dorms. Walkable to campus, right near all the dorms on campus. Lynne is very communicative -- space is private and fairly easy to find. Highly recommended.
The cottage was awesome!! Perfect size, close to Old Town, very clean. The outside was perfect too. We grilled and ate outside one night. We will never stay in a hotel in Fort Collins again! Thank you so much. Xoxo
Clean, very well organized, everything you need to enjoy Old Town. Will definitely come back and try the bikes! The host really goes above and beyond to make one feel welcome. If you have a student at CSU, it is a super convenient location and a nice quiet neighborhood that is within easy walking distance of restaurants, etc. Thank you so much. We will be back for sure.

So beautiful and comfortable
Every time I look around it makes me smile! If I could build a cottage, this is what it would look like! The lack of a stove is the only drawback, but I enjoy the challenge. Totally comfortable and everything you might need is supplied. Thank you.
