Get in and amongst the first to stay in this sophisticated Forster apartment. Located across the road from the NEW Civic Centre!

Comfortably furnished and close to absolutely everything. Live like a local in a quiet rear lane position with no one above you in the block!

Week long bookings preferred over 19th Dec - 14th Jan . Email interest for fewer nights and I will tack onto beginning or end of existing booking where possible.


This 2 bedroom unit boasts a Large, Top floor, North Facing Balcony on which to soak up rays all day long.

It has a NEW kitchen with plenty of preparation surface. Westinghouse stove and separate Omega cook top. Aldi coffee machine with use of pods makes for an enjoyable coffee and quick exit to the beach for morning swim or jog.

Ritzy & sleek bathroom - wet area with floating vanity, black tapware/shower & rear to wall toilet.

Lovely comfortable Queen Pillowtop ensemble in master. Two single ensembles in the accompanying second bedroom on which to sleep and recover from all the fun in the sun you will be having.

Relax on the Leather "Natuzzi" modular lounge and watch TV or read a book.

Quiet rear of block position. Listen to the birds chirp in the tree across the lane. The occasional Rainbow Lorikeet may visit the balcony.

Funky renovated RETRO Formica dining table and matching black chairs with white piping.

Internal laundry freshly tiled with beveled edge subway tiles and penny round floor tiles.

We were in Forster for a wedding and this unit suited us perfectly. It’s in a great position, just a stone’s throw from the beach and the waterfront with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The unit had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Everything we wanted
A short walk to town, beach, pool and lake, or a flat bike ride made it an ideal location for us. The garage was large enough for our hatchback car and our two bikes. The kitchen was well fitted out if you wanted to dine in. Air conditioning would have helped on one day. We would happily stay in this very comfortable apartment again.

QUIET & CONVENIENT
Apartment is as per the pics. Location was close to everything I needed access to by foot. Lounge is well loved but comfortable. I had issues with the wifi and used my own which was fine. A nice place to stay!

The apartment was as described in the advertising. An older apartment in a central location, but no aircon. I still give it 5 stars. Check in and communication with property manager was easy. Will stay again.

Great location, reasonably priced
Clean, well equipped unit, in walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Struggled slightly with key safe, but spring was out of place so it now works perfectly. It was great to have access to a garage, although we struggled with the garage door. It could do with a longer pull rope! Minor glitches, would not hesitate to stay again.

The property is nicely presented, garage difficult to lift garage door and quite narrow. Heater Needs to be n larger and not hidden in cupboard. A compendium of local attractions, eateries, and day trips would be handy!

Unable to open the front door and received poor help from the listed contact so went home.
In no rush to return, it may have been clean as I didn't stay I do not know and unless you have a small car it will not go in the garage with the table and other things that are already in it. The trip did not go to plan and I left an unhappy customer.

The price of the unit was very reasonable and Manager was helpful, providing us with maps and directions. The beds and lounges were comfy and we liked having the lovely big TV with set top box. Explanations on how to use appliances etc were very clear and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, plates, etc. We also liked that there were some supplies already at the unit, especially things like sugar, salt and pepper. The unit was overall clean, communication process was very good and I felt happy to contact you if required. Overall, our stay was terrific and we would definitely stay at the unit again. We have already started telling our friends about it and have recommended they contact you when they consider their next holiday.

Forster Quick Stop.
We only stayed one day as unfortunately for the owner the hot water system broken down and had to be replaced. This was a slight inconvenience, but we enjoyed our Forster stay regardless of this happening. What was impressive was the speed in which the owner addressed our issues and within an hour of reporting the problem he had a service man attend the apartment and had us back with hot water until the whole hot water system was replaced the next day. We found that level of action and looking after us so well was worth a 5 star review alone.
