Well worth the stay!
Always stay at this property when we visit Forster, always clean and is a home away from home. We wouldnt stay anywhere else! Have been booking with host for 12 years and will continue to do so!

Dog friendly beachside stay
Great place on the beach for a stay with your fur babies - enclosed space for the dogs to stay while you’re away & thoughtful touches like dogs toys, beds & bowls provided. Dog beach for some time of day a 2 minute walk away & all day dog beach & great dog park a 5 minute drive away. Very clean & tidy place.

Cool vibe
A lovely home that felt immediately relaxed. We enjoyed the set-up, mood and ease of the home. The back deck with its screened walls was a real treat and became the place we spent all our time in. Two bathrooms was very handy and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'll definitely book again given the opportunity.

Fabulous location one street back from the beach . The house has everything you need for a relaxing time . The owner has catered for children and pets . The house is really spacious - even for the 9 of us that stayed . Fabulous deck area

Perfect position.
Our group of 3 adults, 2 teenagers and dog had a very comfortable stay at Chill out Beach House. The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was clean and welcoming and the communication with the host was quick and informative. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of the off leash beach and we enjoyed the screened in back veranda for afternoon drinks and breakfast in the morning. Overall a great experience.

This house is a real gem. Will be making it a regular stay. The owners have thought of everything and made it a home away from home. Unlike the modern rentals this place has character. Access to the beach is literally 2 houses away. Can’t recommend more highly. Thankyou Annmaree

Perfect relaxed weekend
We were after a do nothing weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The house is perfectly located to the beach (where we spent the majority of our days), the guest experience was easy, timely & professional from check in to check out, house was more than big enough, very clean and had great amenities! Will be back in the future.

Hidden Gem
Fantastic property with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds and lots of room. The hidden surprise is the outdoor area. Very large, mozzie proof and perfect for family to visit. We spent lots of time in this area with our visitors and doggies relaxing. You can hear the ocean and feel the sea breeze. Fabulous yard and tropical garden. Very short walk (few minutes) to One Mile Beach, arguably the best beach in Forster. Great Wifi, Netflix etc for those rainy days. Three good sized bedrooms, two new bathrooms, separate laundry with new washing machine and dryer and great kitchen with Smeg appliances. Annmaree (owner) is fantastic. Attentive and quick to resolve any small issues. We absolutely loved our stay in this hidden gem and highly recommend Chill Out for dog owners or those wanting to enjoy a beach stay for a great price.

Perfect Dog Friendly Location
This property offers everything a small group holidaying with dogs need! A secure shady yard, large comfortable living areas and cosy bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms! All this within a short walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach! Absolutely loved it! Thank you!

A beautiful home in the perfect spot. So close to the dog friendly beach and a 5 min drive to the main shops. Annmaree was a fantastic host. Would highly recommend!

One Mile Getaway
We had a a relaxing break at the Chill-out Beach house. It is so close to access to the beach, and the boardwalk, and easy walking distance to the golf and surf clubs. The house was very comfortable. Loved the screened outdoor room. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic location
Really was a chill-out experience. Beautiful beach, met lots of other dog owners each morning. Loved the deck and hearing the ocean waves crashing was wonderful. Great house.

Perfect family beach holiday
We had a fabulous time at the Chill-Out beach house and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect and the house itself is wonderful with a great layout and comfortably furnished. There isn’t anything that the host Ann-Maree hasn’t thought of which made for a great stay. Proximity and ease of access to the dog friendly beach was a highlight for our family.

Three day Forster Stay
Very nice house in great location. Very short walk to the largely dog friendly beach (some restricted hours) and golf course. Had drinks and dinner at the club which was very good. Kitchen was well equipment with SMEG appliances. Lovely indoor/outdoor room and a nice yard. Forster is a good base to explore other nearby areas of the lakes region of the north coast.
