"The room was freezing, there was no phone in the room to contact reception and the night receptionist did not know a word of English. The only restaurant in the hotel, which was also the only restaurant in that area, started serving at 8:00 p.m. and served only two soups and three rustic dishes, none of which could be eaten. It didn't even have a menu to choose from, and it was immediately filled with drunken men. It was like a nightmare for a family with children."

"We had a wonderful stay, the family room was perfect for the 4 of us and the view of Horta was incredible. We had dinner and breakfast the hotel, both fantastic. The staff were very kind, and we loved exploring the beautiful town of Horta. We won’t forget this visit and hope to come back someday!!"
