The rustically decorated Finca Sa Teulera is conveniently located just outside Fornalutx. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with Italian and Nespresso coffee machines, 2 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fireplace, a washing machine, a baby bed and a highchair.
This property features a private garden and a private open terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the view. There is also a grill for cooking delicious meals outside.
Thanks to the convenient location of the property, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is 3 minutes away on foot (182 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 4-minute walk away (203 m). The stunning Platja den Repic is 10 minutes away by car (6.8 km). Palma de Mallorca airport is 41 minutes away by car (38 km).
Parking is available in a car park close to the house, but not right in front, there are some stairs to get from the parking to the house. Also the house is on 4 different levels, connected by 3-4 small stairs. Therefore it's not suitable for baby trolleys, wheelchairs or elderly people.
