Cozy Island Apartment
We loved our stay in Formentera. The apartment was a great location - quick to access all other parts of the island. There was a car and moped rental just steps away as well, which made checking in and renting a car very easy. The apartment was quiet except for we could hear people in the other apartments and certain nights the hotel nearby had loud club music until 10:30pm. We weren’t bothered too much by that, but if you have young kids, it could be an issue. The only disappointment is the listing says there’s a hot tub, however there was not one on the property. The other disappointment was that there were mosquitos so we had to keep the windows closed at night since they didn’t have screens on them. Overall we loved our stay and would come back right away.

klein aber charmant
kleines, charmantes appartement mit geschmackvoller einrichtung. alles da, was man braucht. das appartement liegt auf der rückseite des sehr schönen und guten restaurants "es cupina". man hat seitlichen meerblick. auf der fewo seite ist es allerdings etwas verwirrend, welche bilder zu welchem appartement gehören, weil die fotos aller vier wohnungen zusammen gezeigt werden. außerdem ist die darstellung der terrasse mehr als geschönt, denn der blick fällt auf einen sandigen parkplatz und das nicht wirklich schöne riu-hotel. trotzdem haben wir unseren aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Piccolo monolocale perfetto per coppie
Sono stata in questo appartamento con il mio ragazzo una settimana a luglio 2019. L'appartamento é piccolino, ma ha tutto il necessario. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il frigo e subito i proprietari hanno risolto l'inconveniente portandoci un nuovo frigo. La posizione é perfetta per chi desidera un po' di pace e tranquillitá, senza peró rinunciare agli aperitivi (infatti dall'appartamento sono raggiungibili via spiaggia i chioschetti/bar piú famosi per l'aperitivo come il Piratabus, Lucky bar, 10.7). In ogni caso consiglio vivamente questo appartamento specialmente per la finestra che da direttamente sulla spiaggia regalando ogni mattina una vista mozzafiato.

Appartamento super carino, con finestra vista mare. In posizione molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto dell’isola, un po’ più isolato ma elemento che abbiamo proprio apprezzato. Ogni 3 giorni cambio asciugamani e pulizia. Super approvato

Recomendable pero...
El estudio Es cupinà se encuentra en la parte trasera del Restaurante Es Cupina. Tiene una pequeña terraza desde la que se ve el mar que da a un parking lo que en verano puede no resultar muy agradable. El apartamento es acogedor, está totalmente reformado. Para mi lo mejor de todo es que tiene una cáma muy cómoda de 150 cm, por lo que hemos podido descansar muy bien. Sin embargo tiene un punto negativo que, probablemente, sea el que haga que no me vuelva a decidir por este alojamiento. La nevera es muy pequeña (de las que te llegan por la cintura) y no enfría. Nosotros traiamos comida y se nos ha puesto mala y la hemos tenido que tirar...Sin duda si vienes en verano y piensas cocinar es un problema, además de que no es posible tener agua fria o cerveza fría...Para terminar quiero comentar también que el trato con Alberto al principii fue muy bien sin embargo cuando quise contactar con el antes de venir estuvi desaparecido durante unos 15 días en los cuales no contestaba mis mensajes, llegúe a poner el problema en manos de antención al viajero de Homeaway. Por suerte al final apareció y el check in fue muy bien. Nos atendió Romina que fué un encanto. Lo studio Es Cupinà si trova sul retro del ristorante Es Cupina. Ha una piccola terrazza da cui è possibile vedere il mare che si affaccia su un parcheggio, che in estate potrebbe non essere molto piacevole. L'appartamento è accogliente, è completamente rinnovato. Per me il migliore di tutti è che ha una fotocamera molto comoda di 150 cm, quindi siamo stati in grado di riposare molto bene. Tuttavia, c'è un punto negativo che probabilmente mi spinge a non decidere di nuovo per questo alloggio. Il frigo è molto piccolo (di cui si aggira la vita) e non si raffredda. Abbiamo portato del cibo ed è stato un male per noi e abbiamo dovuto buttarlo via ... Senza dubbio se venite in estate e pensate che cucinare sia un problema, inoltre non è possibile avere acqua fredda o birra fredda ... Per finire voglio commentare anche che l'accordo con Alberto al principii era molto buono però quando volevo contattarlo prima di venire mi mancava da circa 15 giorni in cui non rispondeva ai miei messaggi, dovevo mettere il problema nelle mani del viaggiatore di Homeaway. Fortunatamente la fine è apparsa e il check-in è stato molto buono. Romina ha risposto che era un fascino.

Upgraded to a better apartment. Couldn't have asked for more!
The property is as in the pictures, really stylish, very clean, with great bathrooms and showers. A great location, wonderful views and equipped with all the essential amenities. There is loud music at weekends during the evening coming from the restaurant area below, however, it's not too disturbing and ends at about 10.00 pm. All in all a fantastic place. To be recommended!

Location perfetta per chi vuole mare splendido (il più trasparente dell’isola) e tranquillità in spiaggia (meno vip rispetto a llietes). Ottimo ristorante sotto casa e zona perfetta anche per girare l’isola. Nel tavolino fuori casa si puó mangiare vista mare. Semplicemente un sogno, al di sopra delle nostre aspettative.
