Beschrijving en foto's komen volledig overeen met werkelijkheid. Landelijk en stil. Natuurlijk hoor je geregeld een haan kraaien en hoor je krekels, en zelden ook een varken. Tijdens het verluchten durft er dan ook een krekel of zo en zelfs een kleine hagedis binnen komen. Voldoende kastruimte. Heel vriendelijke helpster die zo snel als mogelijk elke vraag probeert op te lossen. Communicatie kon wel enkel in het Spaans. We hebben via de eigenaar mountainbikes gehuurd. Niet van topkwaliteit voor een "professional" maar prima om het ganse eiland te verkennen. De locatie van het verblijf was hiervoor ideaal. Je hebt wel geen onbelemmerd vergezicht op de zee en je bent vrij ver van een winkel of restaurant om er te voet naar toe te gaan.

La casa se encuentra ubicada en una zona rural de Formentera, lo que te da una visión diferente de la isla, y muy bella. La casa está bien equipada y con una gran terraza. Los dueños son encantadores. Muy recomendable.

Bel appartamento in zona tranquilla
Siamo stati in questo appartamento a metà giugno, è un pò fuori dal centro, a metà strada tra San Francesco e Cap de Barbaria, la zona è bella, rilassante e silenziosa. Serve un mezzo per spostarsi e raggiungere le varie spiagge. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e l'alloggio è molto accogliente e ben arredato. E' stato perfetto per la vacanza di riposo che avevamo in mente. Ringraziamo tantissimo Neli e la sua famiglia, secondo me si meritano il massimo dei voti

estancia rural muy agradable
El apartamento está apartado de la carretera general que lleva al faro. Se accede por unos caminos. El sitio es muy tranquilo, y en mi opinión fabuloso. El apartamento es cómodo para 2 parejas. La ducha es de cabina, y el baño tiene poca intimidad pero por lo demás todo ideal. Si en mi próxima visita a la isla vuelve a estar disponible no dudaré en alquilarlo nuevamente.

Una settimana fantastica
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Catalina nella prima settimana di luglio di quest'anno. L'appartamento al piano terra è ancora più bello e curato rispetto alle foto pubblicate: la terrazza tutta pavimentata è molto ampia e dotata di barbecue e doccia esterna molto pratica quando si ritorna dalla spiaggia. La posizione della casa (in direzione Cap de Barberia) è perfetta per chi ama la pace e i rumori della campagna ed è a un passo da quasi tutte le spiagge. Catalina si è dimostrata una proprietaria gentilissima, accogliendoci con un cesto di frutta e bibite fresche, mettendoci a disposizione due ombrelloni per la spiaggia e molta biancheria per l'intera settimana.

Casa funzionale e comoda
Casa accogliente e pulita, con un terrazzo molto comodo per cenare la sera. La zona è un po' complicata da raggiungere ma Catalina è stata molto carina e ci è venuta incontro. Molto vicino a San francisco xavier ( circa 3 km) e alla spiaggia di cala saona (4 km circa).

Really nice.
Perfect for us in every way, We are seasoned Formentera visitors. The small villa is in a very quiet location down small roads on the left side of the main road to Cap de Barbaria about 1 mile past Es Cap Bar. The location marker on Homeaway is not correct. It is situated next to the house of the lovely owners Catalina and her family. The design is quiet modern not rustic at all, which we like. It is perfect for a couple or a small family with its two large bedrooms. The pictures tell the full story, but the outside terrace is much better, it is now fully tiled and great for alfresco living. Everything is spotlessly clean and new, the air conditioner works really well and is very handy. The view from the terrace to the front is towards Ibiza, the view to the right is a lovely sea view with Mijorn in the distance. We loved watching the animals and free range chickens from the near by farm buildings. We have booked it again for May. I think that says it all.

Tutto perfetto!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa con due bambini piccoli di 2 e 4 anni. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort elettrodomestici in buono stato e funzionanti : Lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, forno e microonde, aria condizionata, doccia esterna, grill (attenzione a luglio e agosto non si possono accendere fuochi all'esterno su tutta l'isola, per non creare problemi non lo abbiamo usato) Esterno piastrellato e recintato perfetto per i bambini (a luglio e agosto non esistono giardini verdi ma aree secche e aride) La Sig.ra Catalina ci cambiava gli asciugamani ogni 3/4 giorni. Magnifico la sera si può ascoltare il silenzio! Anche se in campagna da lontano si riesce a vedere il mare. Consigliato, tutto perfettamente corrispondente alle foto e descrizioni.
