"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. "This spot was an excellent spot to be. Out the door and to so many restaurants, close to Piazzaz and many site. Mirella was so kind and available to show us the apartment and answer our questions. This rental was very nice for my husband and I to be able to spread out after a couple of days in a hotel (and needing some breathing room!) We didn't end up cooking when in Rome, but the apartment was well equiped and lovely! Thank you!"

"10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

Our flight was late and I felt such pressure to hurry. Because we were late we paid an additional 20euro. Should be able to check in anytime without penalty. Not my problem they don’t have access.
