In the district of Cuotto 1 km from the centre of Forio, in a sunny position in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. For shared use: park (fenced), large garden (fenced) plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (5 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi. Room cleaning on request (extra). 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking on the road extra. Appartati in un'isola affollata
La casa è in un parco ben curato pieno di fiori. Il panorama è bello ed i tramonti affascinanti. Se si vuole uscire la fermata dell'autobus è vicina ma se si vuole tranquillità si puo restare a bordo piscina.

Piacevole vacanza in un bell'appartamento , ben attrezzato e pulito. Il condominio è eccellente così come la piscina. Il servizio parcheggio messo a disposizione dalla signora della casa vicina è essenziale. Unica nota: avrei posizionato la bella tv nel soggiorno davanti al divano.

Teilweise unzufrieden
Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit Traum-Aussicht ,aber teilweise ungepflegt. Die obige Wohnung ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, insbesondere das Bad, bzw die Duschecke. In der Küche fehlt es an einigen Utensilien, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Brotmesser usw. Nicht jeder deutsche Urlauber mag Espresso . Andere Möglichkeit Kaffee zu bereiten und entsprechendes Geschirr war nicht da. Insgesamt wäre die Fewo ok, wenn sie sauberer und besser ausgestattet wäre.

De loin la meilleure location de notre séjour: une décoration super, un canapé confortable, le wifi, la télévision, de bons matelas, une terrasse qui fait le tour de l'appartement, de quoi faire de bons courants d'air...tout y est pour quon se sente chez soi: tout pour la cuisine, de quoi repasser, laver et sécher son linge...un responsable du site charmant bien qu'il ne parle pas anglais (XXX!!!), aux petits soins, une piscine super propre...fantastique! Pas de bruit dehors sauf le samedi et dimanche soir jusqu'à 23h30 (hôtels alentour), des commerces (supermarché, pharmacie, boutiques de souvenirs, de vêtements, glacier...) et un restaurant aux pieds de la location...plage à 10mn, Forio à 10mn à pied. Ligne de bus en bas de la loc. Formidable !

Ausstattung zweifelhaft
Erster Kritikpunkt: Die Wohnung war zwar relativ sauber, bot aber zu wenig Abstellraum, weil die Eigentümer sie offensichtlich selbst regelmäßig benützen. Entsprechend voll sind alle Schränke und Regale. Wichtige Haushaltsgegenstände wie Tassen fehlten völlig, auch Gläser waren Mangelware, dafür gab es aber 10 Pfannen, 15 Schüsseln etc., aber alles kunterbunt durcheinander! Wir hatten außerdem eine Zusage von interhome, dass sich in 200 m Entfernung ein Parkplatz befindet, der 40€ pro Woche kostet, aber diesen Parkplatz kannte weder der Verwalter der Wohnung noch die Nachbarn. Am Straßenrand zu parken ist unmöglich, der nächste Parkplatz ist ca. 2 km entfernt und gut 300 Höhenmeter unter dem Haus. Das Haus war außerdem nur zu Fuß zu erreichen, da die Gasse so eng ist, dass nur Mofas durchpassen.
