"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s centrally located just next to the entrance of the old town. There are only 6 bedrooms in the hotel so it feels super friendly. The staff was AMAZING. They were all so pleasant and helpful. They made our stay super comfortable. The breakfast is good and the aperitivo on the terrace was great. Fully recommended!"

There is no reception there so make sure you do your check-in beforehand in order to get a password for the key locker. We did not receive any links from hotels.com but the owner replied quickly on WhatsApp and sent us the code while we were standing in front of the entrance. "A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."
