This waterfront home sits on the eastern banks of Weeks Pond, on a quiet cul-de-sac that provides both tranquility and convenience. Take morning paddles out on the pond, ride your bikes on the local paths, and soak in the summer sunshine on Old Silver, Chapoquoit, or South Cape Beach (all within 11 miles).

Wake up each morning to sip your coffee in a rocking chair on the front porch and use the free WiFi to make plans for the day ahead. After a sunny day on the sand, toss your bathing suit in the washer/dryer, get a head start on dinner in the full kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), and enjoy coffee and dessert in the Adirondack chairs out back.

Home away from home

Family Stay on the Cape

Our family enjoyed this clean, comfortable home with a relaxing patio view of the pond. We grilled our dinners each night, went for walks in the neighborhood, and were able to get to our planned excursions with ease each day. A grocery store is close by, for convenience.

Really enjoyed this home. It was close to most of the activities we wanted to do and I really appreciated the text as were traveling that said the home was ready and we could check in early if we wanted to. (We had not requested early check in so it was just a nice surprise that they offered it to us when the home was ready for us).

Check-in nightmare
The property was as described. The check-in was a nightmare. The code didn't work and the lock-box key didn't open the lock. Also the outside plugs didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. Accessing the property took more than 2 hours, 3 phone calls and 1helpful neighbor. The local property manager did not contact me until the next morning. At check-out, when the cleaners arrived, they couldn't open the door with the code. They used an over-ride code that I had not been provided.

Phenomenal experience!
Clean, spacious, great amenities. Our kids were able to spread out and enjoy the large yard. The pond near the property was beautiful and we used our inflatable kayak on it! Wifi worked great inside. King size mattress was a little bit indented in the middle so not really the most comfortable, but it did not bother our stay. Easy check in and check out process. Not as close to all the touristy cape spots, but if you don’t mind a bit of driving like us, this place is fantastic! Definitely recommend.

My husband, son, and I attended a wedding in nearby Sandwich, so we spent two nights at the "Weeks Pond Charmer." It really was charming - my only complaint was that we needed more time to enjoy the area. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and a perfect size for the three of us. We also appreciated the pond and outdoor space as well as the quiet neighborhood (that said, we were there after Labor Day - a quieter time on the Cape in general).

Perfect size for a family of four- nice, modern, and clean with everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy basement for winding down at end of night, plenty of board games, and sunset over pond in backyard great way to end the day. Great location between Falmouth and Hyannis and close to mashpee commons with great shops and restaurants

Great location.
Need some painting done and some light switches didn’t work. Master bathroom need tiles to be redone in shower and the main bathroom sink leaked. The kitchen table was very sticky seems like it was spray painted. Over all it was nice and close to the pond. Would stay again

Amazing!
We came with our family of 6 and it was PERFECT! Very clean, plenty of supplies down to the hand soap and other toiletries, all settled in a cute neighborhood. Beach is right down the street and we absolutely loved our stay here. HIGHLY recommend this rental. It will not disappoint!!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to get away for our anniversary. This home fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and nice view of the lake. The bed was very comfortable.

Nice Place
This was a lovely small home. The kitchen was great. The backyard overlooked a lake. The property is well maintained. The only issues I had were: 1. When there were questions, we spoke to the property manager and they NEVER responded with the answers. 2. We did not know where the lockbox was but we were able to use the code so we didn't need a key. 3. One bathroom faucet had a terrible leak. I had to wrap towels around it so that anything on the counter would not get drenched. 4. The oven was not clean when I got there (I had to run it through self cleaning). However, despite the above, the home was absolutely lovely and clean (except noted above). I enjoyed the grounds and the firepit. I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay was very nice property and convenient. Only problem we had was washer machine wouldn’t spin out so had to wring out the clothes then put them in the dryer. One bathroom ran out of toilet paper and the master bathroom door handle fell off several times. Hall bathroom faucet leaked . Otherwise great stay and would stay there again.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with only a few houses. Walk to small pond beach or drive 20 min to a nice shore beach. Looks exactly as shown with a nice fenced in yard. Would recommend for anyone and especially families
