"The general overview is that the property is conveniently located. Close to bus routes and high street. There is a spa and night club as well as a restaurant. The standards of the rooms could do with a change of soft finishings as I have gone to this hotel for a number of years and these have not changed."

"Fantastic beach front hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and were so polite. View from our balcony was breathtaking. Towels in bathroom were the thickest & whitest we’ve ever had. Balcony was lovely with two comfortable chairs. The bedding could have been updated and a little fridge would have been nice but apart from that we had a fantastic stay. "

"Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."
