Mews Hill is a modern chalet style property set in two acres of grounds in the New Forest National Park. Boasting 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen & breakfast room, spacious lounge & dining area and conservatory. With ground floor bedrooms and bath rooms, this property is ideal for people who might find stairs a problem. Mews Hill can also be booked with Criddlestyle Cottage (Sleeps 10) and/or the Riverside Lodge (sleep 4), all of which are separate and set within their own grounds but together they can sleep 24 and if you would like to add Jessica, our vintage VW Bay campervan, which is suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children (only available in the warmer months) this increases to 28.
Mews Hill also has a glamping Hut available to book as additional accommodation with the house only (additional costs apply) that sleeps a further 2 people.
Mews Hill is a bright and spacious holiday home with 2 good sized double bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has patio doors out to the garden and an ensuite wet room. The family bathroom on the ground floor has a bath tub as well as a walk in shower and there is also a cloakroom. The large lounge dining room leads to a conservatory and the perfect place to soak up the morning sun. This leads out to a patio area with garden seating for 12 plus a barbecue. The table in the lounge/ dining room can be extended to seat 24 if you were to also book the other properties. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family room with king size bed and single bed. All bedrooms have TV's.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a larder Fridge Freezer, TV, double oven, induction hob, dishwasher etc and there is also seating for 12 in the breakfast area. A separate utility room with washing machine and drier leads off the hallway. The large double garage boasts a football table and table tennis table and there is a children's play area in the garden, with trampoline, climbing frame and swings. A seperate copse for picnics is also a great place for the children to safely explore as well as a lovely space to sit awhile. Dogs are welcome at a fee of £40 per dog per stay. There is a luxury permanent hot tub available for £325 for a short breaks or £400 for 7 nights
Mews Hill offers an adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two ponies or small horses are available on a DIY basis if you wish to bring your own horse at £100 per horse per week. Exclusive fishing on the Hampshire Avon can also be yours and is available in the fishing season with 4 swims available. Costs are £75 per person per week. First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter. EV charging is available please enquire for details.
You are approximately 1 mile from the local town of Fordingbridge with pubs, restaurants, shops, and parks. Public transport and taxi firms are nearby.

Whilst it walking distance to amenities such as Sandy Balls it is advisable to hire a car to get the most from the area. Alternatively cycle hire is available from the town.
By Car:
From Salisbury: take the A338 south to Fordingbridge and Ringwood. Bear left off the A338 at the main exit to Fordingbridge. .
From Ringwood: take the A338 north to Fordingbridge and Salisbury. Take the exit to Fordingbridge the exit slip road ends at a T-junction with the old Southampton Road.
