"Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...

"The whole family loved our stay in this beautiful property. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and decorated with great attention to detail (even down to a friendly resident squirrel!). We loved the barbeque, the jacuzzi, the pool table and the garden. Some lovely Black Forest walks are right on the doorstep. Markus and Katja were very friendly and easy to deal with. We could have stayed a lot longer - and would love to come back in colder weather to make use of the sauna and fire hut!"
