"Stayed in this hotel a few times and have never had a problem. Rooms are lovely and the complimentary breakfast is very nice. Only issue I had was as our room was in the 4th floor it was very warm for me. It's for ne in the room with the central air on but I found myself sweating just walking from the room to the lift, I'll perhaps request a lower floor next time we stay here. "

"The place was good. Parking was pain and confusing. We did not get the parking at first so ended up paying double for the night. I was not clear about the reception staff trying to explain me the complicated parking system."

"A so-so stay. My dad wanted this break to be special as part of my mum’s birthday and we found our stay to be underwhelming. Firstly, through some research it appears that this hotel is no longer a part of the main Hilton group. This wasn’t communicated to us and caused a little anxiety not knowing if the booking was still valid or not. "We booked the hotel as we were visiting the C&J Live for a show. I booked for my girls' birthdays and let the hotel know about it, and they kindly decorated the room for them, leaving juice, sweets, a teddy bear, and a card for each of them, and personally wished them happy birthdays, which I thought was very nice. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel breakfast was good too 😋 I would definitely return."

"Good hotel, reasonable price & central location. Rooms clean & comfortable. Only small issue was the hotel was quite busy with people checking in & only one person working so had to wait a bit to get served a drink. No big deal though and would stay again. "
