"This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. When you walk out the door you’re right into the night life but there isn’t much foot traffic outside the door so that also helped with noise.
