"Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

"We had a wonderful week in Catherine and Gilles’s beautiful chalet. The house was spacious, very comfortable and fabulously well equipped. Our chef loved the kitchen. The cinema and swimming pool were perfect places for the children to relax after their exertions on the slopes. Sadly, at the very end of the season, the chalet was no longer ski-in, ski-out and some of the shops in the village were either closed or low on stock. However, we shall take away some extremely happy memories of our week - not least because of Catherine and Gilles’s eagerness to ensure that our stay was the best it could be. "Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted by the lack of kitchen facilities in the apartment. Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎"
