"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."

"Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. "A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀 "
