"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"Hotel is rather basic, but very clean and conveniently located. Windows facing the street- not the main one, but still street noise could be noticed. Staff is great, and very helpful. We booked the cheapest room- it is small, other rooms are larger and better. Free happy hour drink was a pleasant surprise."
