"Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well. "

"Amé la estancia, el hotel no puede estar en mejor ubicación justo frente de las estaciones de ski con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación y cualquier punto del hotel, y con servicio de transfer a las pistas. El staff en extremo amable y pendiente al mínimo detalle, hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia. Fue nuestra primera vez visitando Andorra y puedo decir que fue la mejor elección escoger este lugar para nuestra estancia. 10/10"

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. My only negative during my stay was the carpet in the room could have been nicer-there were footprints and stains on it. Also room had a strong perfume smell I could have done without. "

"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."

"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a time per person so we just didn't use it in the end. Had it been really cold outside I know I'd have wanted to use the hot tub every day. They need to make this clear. "
