"I want to give this hotel 5 stars, but I cannot since they double charged me and has not given my a refund as of today, 2 months later. The young lady that checked me out said the room was not prepaid. OF COURSE I should have run out to the car and found my prepaid email from Hotels.com, but I did not, I trusted her. "Lovely place! Very welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and extremely kid friendly with lots of toys etc. They thought of everything. We only stayed one night as a quick stop over but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!"
